Privacy Policy

Motion Sewa is an AI content studio for Nepali businesses, operated from Bhaktapur, Nepal. This policy covers the Motion Sewa website and app (motionsewa.com and ai.motionsewa.com) and the Motion Sewa connector for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. • Account details — your email address and name, from email sign-up or Google login.
• Content you provide — prompts, scripts, reference images and product photos you upload, and product details you save.
• Generated media — the images, videos and audio the service creates for you, stored so you can access them again.
• Payment records — plan, credit purchases and Fonepay transaction references. We never see or store your bank, card or wallet credentials; payment is completed inside Fonepay.
• Usage records — which features and models you used, credits charged, and technical logs. For connector requests we store the IP address and browser signature only as one-way hashes, for abuse prevention.

To run the service: generating the content you ask for, charging the right number of credits, showing you your history and library, preventing abuse, and helping you when something goes wrong. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to advertise to anyone else.

• AI model providers — your prompts and reference images are sent to the AI providers that render the result (for example kie.ai and the model makers behind it, and ElevenLabs for audio).
• Infrastructure — Supabase (database and login) and Cloudflare (content delivery and media storage).
• Payments — Fonepay processes payments under its own terms.
• AI assistants — if you connect Motion Sewa to Claude or ChatGPT, your conversation with that assistant is handled by Anthropic or OpenAI under their own privacy policies; we receive only the requests the assistant sends to our connector.

Account data stays until you delete your account. Generated media and uploads stay until you delete them or your account. Payment and audit records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and abuse prevention.

You can delete generated media from your dashboard. To access, correct or delete your account data, email motionsewa@gmail.com from your account email and we will handle it within a reasonable time.

Motion Sewa is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
