Terms of Service

Motion Sewa generates images, videos and audio with AI models, on the website (ai.motionsewa.com) and through connectors for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Keep your login and any connector keys private — anything done with them counts as done by you. You must be able to enter a binding agreement (or have a guardian who does) to use the service.

• Generation is paid for with prepaid credits, bought through Fonepay or included in a plan.
• The price of a generation is shown or available before you run it; the exact amount is charged when the generation starts.
• If a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically. A generation that completes is charged even if you dislike the creative result — AI output varies, and a finished render costs us what it costs.
• Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable. Purchased credits are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it.

You agree not to use Motion Sewa to create or spread:

• content that is illegal in Nepal or wherever you publish it;
• impersonations of real people — including realistic depictions of public figures — without their consent;
• misleading advertising claims, scams, or content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark;
• hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative material.

The AI providers we build on enforce their own content rules as well; a generation they refuse may fail. We may suspend accounts used for the above.

What you upload stays yours. You may use the media you generate commercially, subject to the model providers’ own terms. We store your uploads and outputs to operate the service — showing your history, letting you re-download files — and for nothing else.

AI-generated content can be wrong, odd, or unintentionally similar to existing work. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for the claims your ads make and for having the rights to any material you upload as a reference.

We aim to keep the service up and your media safe, but the service is provided as-is: we depend on third-party AI providers and cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
